1. Nature of Services

Pensava provides general educational information and administrative reference support in connection with Thailand's pension and provident fund landscape. Specifically:

• Pension System Information Workshop — a group session explaining Thailand's retirement and provident-fund frameworks in general terms. Purely educational; no individual advice is given during or in connection with the session.
• Pre-Retirement Planning Session — a reflective group workshop covering general budgeting habits, lifestyle considerations, and retirement timelines. General information and planning prompts are provided; no tailored recommendations are made.
• HR Onboarding Reference Kit (B2B) — an internal reference document describing standard pension-administration steps for new HR staff. This is operational documentation, not professional advice.

Pensava is not a licensed financial adviser, tax consultant, legal practitioner, or regulated financial services provider. Nothing provided by Pensava — whether in a session, in written materials, on this website, or in any communication — constitutes regulated financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any form of individually tailored recommendation. Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice from licensed practitioners for their specific circumstances.

2. Bookings and Purchases

• Bookings for sessions and orders for the HR Onboarding Reference Kit are made by submitting an enquiry via our contact form or by contacting us directly.
• A booking is confirmed only when Pensava sends written confirmation by email to the address you provide.
• Prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
• Current prices: Pension System Information Workshop — ฿3,500; Pre-Retirement Planning Session — ฿7,700; HR Onboarding Reference Kit — ฿12,250. Prices are subject to change for future bookings; confirmed bookings are not affected.
• Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. Pensava reserves the right to decline a booking at its discretion.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Participant cancellations: Notice of cancellation received more than 7 calendar days before a session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 calendar days of a session are non-refundable. Substitution of another attendee is accepted at any time before the session begins, at no extra charge.
• HR Onboarding Reference Kit: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the kit has not yet been dispatched or made available for download. Once dispatched or accessed, orders are non-refundable.
• Pensava-initiated changes: If Pensava needs to reschedule or cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as practicable and offer a full refund or alternative date. We are not liable for costs incurred as a result of such changes beyond the session fee itself.

4. Participant Conduct

• Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other attendees.
• Session materials provided to participants are for personal or organisational reference only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without prior written permission from Pensava.
• Recording sessions in any format (audio, video, or written transcription for distribution) is not permitted without express prior written consent from Pensava.

5. Intellectual Property

All content created by Pensava — including session materials, the HR Onboarding Reference Kit, website content, and any other documents — remains the intellectual property of Pensava.

• The HR Onboarding Reference Kit is licensed for internal use by the purchasing organisation only. It may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared externally.
• Copying or adapting Pensava materials for commercial purposes is not permitted without written agreement.
• General pension information covered in sessions draws on publicly available official sources; Pensava claims no ownership over the underlying regulatory or legislative content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

• Pensava is not liable for any financial, legal, tax, or other outcome arising from a participant's reliance on information provided in any session or material. All information is general and educational; individual circumstances vary and professional advice should always be sought.
• Pensava's total liability to any participant or client for any claim arising from a booking or purchase is limited to the fee paid for that specific session or product.
• Pensava is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Website Use

• This website is provided for informational purposes only. Pensava makes reasonable efforts to keep information current but does not warrant that all content is accurate, complete, or up to date at all times.
• Links to external websites (including official Thai government portals) are provided for convenience. Pensava does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of those sites.
• You may not use this website in any way that is unlawful, harmful to others, or that infringes any third-party rights.

8. Data and Privacy

Personal data you provide in connection with bookings, enquiries, or use of this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it alongside these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand. We will always seek to resolve disputes informally in the first instance — please contact us at [email protected].

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Bookings made before a change in terms are governed by the terms in force at the time of booking.
